April 30th 2007.... A Louisville Metro Police officer shot and killed a 16 year old child three days after his birthday. He shot him while the kid was laying on the ground. A total of ten shots with 17 bullet hole wounds cause he had his arms up trying to block the shots..... Fuck The Police
